Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes, dealer originally wanted £2500, but was wiling to accept £2300 since i was paying cash.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
It is the top spec model so comes with all the kit. Low miles for age (53k). Came with the 1.6 petrol engine which has reasonable power and fuel economy and not a bad first car.
What was the dealer like?
Good, didn't try and push me for a sale.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Reasonably comfortable, although could probably do with some new shocks and springs. Quite a lot of body roll on roundabouts. Tyre noise quite high although probably the cheap tyres it came with, wind noise not to bad. Averaging 38mpg with mixed driving, on the motorway can get between 43-48mpg doing 60-70mph.
What's it like to park?
Easy, but the rear makes things look closer than they are.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
At 60k car suddenly lost power and got a check engine light on the dash. I scanned the cars ECU and got a code for a misfire. First i tried changing spark plugs and then changed coil pack which sorted it. Failed MOT on broken springs. clutch judder in the winter.
What's most practical about your car?
Auto headlights, auto wipers although they can sometimes get confused how heavy the rain is and wipe too fast, just turn them off and on again. cruise control,.

Auto headlights and wipers, heated seats, cruise control. trip computer.
