It's not going to impress anyone but it's a good looking car. Practical with a touch of sport!

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Wife likes the colour! (dark grey).

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, but would probably opt for a more potent engine. The cabin is a nice place to be. Coming from a VW I was concerned that the build wouldn't compare but I prefer it. Well done Vauxhall.

What are you likely to buy next?

Depends on how big the family has got and what's a good deal at the time. Probably a crossover but would certainly consider a Vauxhall again.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Less than a year old & 50% off the list price with only 10K on the clock with a full 3 year warranty. Certainly feels like a good deal.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Price and size.

What was the dealer like?

Professional, big dealer. No bells and whistles.

What's it like to drive?

Reviews mention poor handling but the steering and road-holding is far better than my 2008 Golf Estate. 1.6 petrol will not win any races from the lights but it drives ok. Quiet cabin makes motorway driving fairly relaxed as long as you're not too far from the legal limit. Great cruise control.

What's it like to park?

Good visibility but rear parking sensors certainly help.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Only had it a few months but all ok so far.

What's most practical about your car?

Size of boot, for a medium size car the boot is great. Perfect space for the little one's pram and the wife is happy to drive.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

No special gadgets.Really miss auto lights from my old Golf.
