Vauxhall Calibra 2.0i 16V 3d (LT) (1999/S) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Not cheap to buy 2 years ago, but coming down all the time.
Costs
Not bad, as is only a Cavalier in disguise, but engine management sensors all seemed to go at the same time and cost £120 a piece!

Driving
I actually enjoyed the ride! Nice firm holding seats, but visibilty poor.
Performance
Ecotech engine? What happened there Vauxhall?

Living with it
Reliability
Pretty solid, but see above comments.
Image
Used to look the part, but as prices are falling they are becoming more popular with the 'boy racers'.
Comfort
Nice supportive seats, but back is cramped (either that or I have tall friends).

Security and Service
Security
Bad reputation, but mine is still on the drive.
Service
Pretty standard service all round. Nothing that 'shone'.
