Vauxhall Calibra 2.0i 16V 3d (1992/J) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Two grand for a sportscar!
Costs
Can be a bit thirsty if you drive it hard. Doesn't use any fuel on the motorway if you're gentle with the right foot.

On the road
Driving
Sticks to the road. I haven't crashed it yet!
Performance
Modified engine - 180 BHP - quite quick.

Living with it
Reliability
Replaced a fuel line. Easy job though. Got a rattle from the transmission, which is as yet un-determined. Parts really cheap though, and the car's easy to work on.
Image
Everybody admits to always liking the shape - can't be bad!
Comfort
1/2 suede interior is a nice change from leather. Plenty of adjustment in the steering wheel and seat.
-
Security and Service
Security
Standard alarm is rubbish. Dead locks are good though.
