These days Calibras cost nothing, and what a lot of car you get for the money!
Costs
Cheap to maintain and economy is pretty good 35mpg - 40 if careful!

There are better cars to drive, but not better for the money.

For a car first produced in 1989 - it can still leave most other road users standing.

Reliability
Not bad, the SE7 doesn't suffer from the reliability issues experienced in early models.

Not perfect, but I am 6ft5 and do 25k miles a year... and this is my second calibra SE7

A good effort, but the locks are flawed - easily fixed to be very secure though

Vauxhall are useless... take the care to someone that knows about cars!

Rocker cover gasket, exhaust manifold gasket, exhaust.
Other
A few niggling problems have cropt up a few times - the reversing light switch, the front tie rods... nothing expensive.
