Vauxhall Calibra 2.5i V6 3d (LT) (1996/P) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Excellent VFM.
Costs
Loads less than other non-Ford V6s.
-
On the road
Driving
Would be better with firmer suspension (like turbo) although it is a cruising car and not sports.
Performance
Very good through the range.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Never once let me down and still looks like it never will.
Image
Ok overall, although it's not an Audi/BMW.
Comfort
Good for front passengers, although 6ft ers can get uncomfortable over very long journeys in the back.
-
Security and Service
Security
Good with standard alarm/immobiliser and deadlocks. (Also fitted Thatcham 1 to be sure - rated without).
Service
Very good level of service. Honesty from staff and chance to discuss anything.

Air con requires attention (looking at a new part for £150 + fitting).
