Vauxhall Cavalier Hatchback 1.8i LS Cat 5d (1994/L) Owner Review

Economy
Value
Definitely worth what I paid. well worth £600+ still.
Costs
Amazing fuel economy on the motorway. Can drink a bit around town but generally good.

On the road
Driving
Nice car to drive, steering can be light at speed but generally a pleasure to drive despite its age.
Performance
Plenty of power when you want it, mine would happily cruise at 80-90+ all day on the motorway. Not always the fastest from the lights, but it soon catches up!

Living with it
Reliability
no major problems. starts 1st time every time, no probs, even in VERY cold mornings.
Image
i like it, lets face it, its better than my old type, k reg micra!
Comfort
Nice comfy seats, sunroof is a blessing in summer and heater is fantastic in winter. Comfortable, especially for passengers, but I always find myself fiddling and adjusting my seat for best driving position.
