My third mk 2 Cavalier, have worked extensivly on these engines and are the easiest and cheapest to rebuild if required....timing belt less than £20.00 and can be fitted by the owner in less than an hour.

What's it like to drive?
feels dated compared to the newer cars and is not as big as the newer cavaliers inside but very comfy seats and an excellent 8 valve engine with plenty of torque.
What's it like to park?
Average..highish rear end

Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing in the three years i had it.
What's most practical about your car?
No fancy gimmicks or gadgets which are good while they work but expensive when not.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
None..good power steering and electric windows all round.
