Economy
Value
Not bad prices. Seems to devalue moderately quickly though.
Costs
Parts are not cheap, but I have had more expensive in other cars.

On the road
Driving
I quite like it. The material on the doors is good, the seats comfortable. The gears seem to be a bit sticky between first and second though.
Performance
Quite a nippy little blighter. Not quite as 'Sporty' as I had hoped, but still performs.

Living with it
Reliability
Not bad. Had to change an exhaust gas recyling valve, which cost a pretty high £120, but apart from that fine.
Image
Not bad. Had my share of youths trying to race me, so must have an OK image!
Comfort
Good driving possition. Good power steering. Not as light as in other cars such as Mercedes and Focus. Feels like YOU'RE controlling the car, not the car!

Security and Service
Security
Not bad. Standard immobiliser and alarm. Works fine. Locks not too bad. Especially on boot.
Service
Not bad service. Helpful, but definately not speedy!

Problems and Ownership
Problems
Engine
EGR valve.
Other
Insurance! It's stupidly high - and the reason why I will change in less than a year.
