Vauxhall Corsa Hatchback (2006 - 2014) 1.3 CDTi ecoFLEX SXi (AC) (11) 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
This is a no nonsense car. I brought the car fairly new (7500 miles) and now have done over 71k. In this time and keeping to my yearly schedules, this car has been extremely efficient. Since owning back in 2015 I've had to spend a total of approximately £200 in repairs which is remarkable. MPG is excellent and depending how I've driven, I've achieved easily 55mpg and 63mpg on motorway driving. The car is good if not brilliant for amenities in the car. I have Bluetooth for my phone and an auxiliary for my music. It doesn't do both. I have cruise control which is handy especially on those average speed cameras. Storage isn't brilliant. Unless you go to a fast food/takeaway restaurant for your drink, the drinks storage is next to useless with side pockets that struggle getting a 500ml bottle (front and back). The glovebox is ok but I've added my own centre aftermarket console which has at least given me an armrest. Have got electrically operated wing mirrors and electric front windows. Everything else is manual. No biggy as it's just a day to day runabout. The most infuriating this is the voice recognition. It's absolutely hopeless. Enough said. Enjoy.
How reliable do you find the car?
As being a diesel the engine is solid so when it comes to fixing it's the parts that need changing and this has been fairly inexpensive.Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Depending how you drove it you can average a maximum of 63mpg and that helped when it came to driving long distancesAbout their car
