Summary
What does this car say about you?
No idea.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
No idea.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes if the lighting control switch was in a more accessible position. It is not possible to put on the rear warning light or the fog lights while driving. Also the glovebox is pathetically narrow and holds very little.
What are you likely to buy next?
No idea as I am 78. Possibly a Skoda Rapid or a Fiat Panda 4x4.

Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised

No
What price did you pay?
£6,800
When did you buy the car?
June 2010
Did you get a good deal and why?
Reasonable, but the part exchange value for my previous car was not good.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
What was the dealer like?
A little "pushy".

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It cruises easily at above the limit on motorways and easily overtakes other traffic. There are no problems driving in town. I find the steering positive but my wife feels it to be heavy.
What's it like to park?
Not good in 3 door form, as the rear roof slopes down steeply and obscures the view out of the rear side windows.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Had the "noisy" brake syndrome. However, I needed new pads and front discs at the last service and this has cured the problem.
What's most practical about your car?
Good supportive seats and wide doors for access.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
None
