Vauxhall Corsa Hatchback (2014 - 2019) 1.0T ecoFLEX SRi 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
Having downsized from an Astra which I found to big for just two people and going back to the latest version of the Corsa I'm a happy driver. The 1.0 Turbo Engine is a big surprise on how fast it can accelerate and mileage at an average of 57 MPG in about town short drives is good. I've yet to get loose on a fast motorway with this car but looking forward to it this week to see what mileage it can achieve. The car is well equipment with auto lights/windscreen wipers and cruise control and the electronic display gives a wealth of information on your driving and mileage. In eco mode when the autostop engine kicks in takes a little time to master but works well once you get used to it as does the extra 6th gear. I've yet to try out the heat windscreen as we have not had any cold weather so far this winter but I expect it will be a good addition on cold frosty mornings. The sports seats are very comfortable and as a tall drive of 6ft4 there is still plenty room for the passengers in the rear. The only downside I find so far is the electronic fuel gauge which I not sure when I'm getting low on fuels but I expect with time I'll master. A good little car with a small powerful turbo charged engine which put fun back into driving.
How reliable do you find the car?
Good to drive and the stop start engine took sometime to get used to but works well once you master how it worksDoes the car do everything you expected it to do?
The 1.0 Turbo engine is very good at acceleration in all gears and very good mileage on short journeys.About their car
