Economy
Value
Good value when compared to other Japanese 4x4s, which it is really.
Costs
Ok, although Vauxhall prices on spares, like O2 sensors, are through the roof when compared to pattern parts.
-
On the road
Driving
Drives well for what it is.
Performance
A bit slow on the uptake, but pulls well enough with plenty of torque. Good cruising on smooth roads.
-
Living with it
Reliability
A few problems. Radiator, O2 sensor and rear spring shackle bushes all at around 70K miles.
Image
Looks pretty with Bull Bars and side steps with roof bars.
Comfort
Pitchy ride can get tiring on a long journey, even after new gas shocks fitted.
-
Security and Service
Security
Alarm works well, but is a pain getting in and out.
Service
Concerned that at eight years old, some parts are no longer supplied by Vauxhall.

Problems and Ownership
Problems

O2 sensors, engine management lights and problem with thermostat, leading to replacemnt of housing.
