Value
A cheap 4x4 that will take you over some serious terrain.
Costs
Thirsty but I had mine LPG converted & kept it for 100'000 miles - running it for the same price as a 1.2 corsa!

Driving
Not as comfy as your mondeo, but given this is a 4x4, satisfactory. Good on a long run with oodles of leg room in the rear.
Performance
Very pleased overall. A really great workhorse, with reasonable looks.
