Summary
What does this car say about you?
It says "I need a big car but couldn't afford a 5 series". it will never be a car to give a massive statement of individuality or dynamism. But it's a nice motor.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Everyone seems to like it far more than i do. I look at it as a sensible car as my petrol head tendencies mean i will only be truly happy in something fast. This car is not fast...but it gets admiration all the same.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. For the money it's spec is impressive. I would rather be in a 5 series, but would be talking a massive price difference.
What are you likely to buy next?
Probably a second car for more spirited driving fun.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Didn't buy from a dealer
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£11,950
When did you buy the car?
July 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
Excellent deal. I did my homework and knew the dealer price. I found the exact spec and colour i wanted and then went in with a low agressive bid.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Needed a family friendly replacement for my Astra VXR.
What was the dealer like?

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
As you would expect from a turbo diesel saloon with 160bhp. The performance is not going to blow your mind (my last car was a VXR) but it moves along well. Handles well for a big car and is nice to drive.
What's it like to park?
Ok as it has optional park sensors. Without those it would be a bit more tricky.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Not yet..so far perfect.
What's most practical about your car?
The boot is bigger than my home town.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
This car has the optional NAVI 900 (better than the one you get if you buy the standard NAV model). Brilliant bit of kit and better than my old Garmin.
