Vauxhall Insignia Hatchback (2009 - 2017) 2.0 CDTi SRi 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
This vehicle looks great on the outside and the 2 litre cdti 160bhp does have some nice power. But the reliability or should I say lack of it!! really lets this car down... Mine has been in and out of the garage with numerous things going wrong. I would not recommend this car to anyone...
Vauxhall don't even care as when I emailed them this was there response:
Thank you for contacting Vauxhall Customer Care.

How reliable do you find the car?
In April 2015 I had only done 34719 miles and it had the following issues; Leaking inlet manifold Leak on the turbo leaking from front suspension. In August 2015 it developed free play on the clutch pedal but the Vauxhall garage could not find any fault however the vehicle still has this free play. Then in August 2016 my vehicles 'Service Vehicle Soon' message appeared on my middle instrument console. I had to take it to A Vauxhall dealer as no codes followed this message. I was advised that I would charged £72 just to put the vehicle on the diagnostic machine. They advised me that they had identified the fault to the glow plugs. This then cost my £174.96 I am very surprised that the glow plugs have gone so early in the cars life. The car has only done 53887 miles. It's also had front and rear discs and pads.About their car
