Summary
What does this car say about you?
My wife drives it primarily and she thinks it looks quite chunky and funky - we also looked at the juke but this seemed a bit more substantial.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Love it - had a lot of compliments about the drive and the sheer number of gadgets and gizmos.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, though if i was to change anything i'd go for a bigger engine if I was going to drive it more frequently.
What are you likely to buy next?
We've just bought this and intend to keep it for at least 7 or 8 years (given we've got 5 years interest free finance and a 10 year warranty).

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
Yes
What price did you pay?
£17,995
When did you buy the car?
January 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
The interest free credit took some of the pain out of buying new (depreciation) as it saved us around £2500 in interest charges.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Wanted a mini SUV, had a partner offer from vauxhall via my employer, lifetime warranty and the 0% 5 yr interest free credit.
What was the dealer like?
Great - main issue we found was availability as the car was launched the week we did the test drive and adding spec would have added 10 weeks to the delivery time.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very easy to drive - handles sharply, engine needs to be pushed to get a lively performance but my wife drives it most of the time so 0-60 times weren't a consideration.
What's it like to park?
Relatively easy - i suspect the height would be an issue if we didn't have the parking sensors.
-
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Only had it 2 months but everything working fine.
What's most practical about your car?
Ride height is perfect - boot is a good size for this type of car.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Mine is the bluetooth phone connectivity so it's also to play music from your phone wire free - my wifes is the parking sensors and the kids love the 3 pin plug socket in the back.
