Vauxhall Nova Hatchback 1.2 3d (1983/A) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Cheap to buy, cheap to run. Cheap parts.
Costs
Costs almost nothing to maintain.
-
On the road
Driving
Good handling, comfortable drive.
Performance
A bit slow off the mark but cruises easily at 70.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Superb - a B-reg car that has never given any problems.
Image
Give older Novas a facelift nose job - very easy to do.
Comfort
Better than anything else this size. Good headroom.
-
Security and Service
Security
Pretty poor - alarm needed.
Service
Not experienced dealer service any due to age of car. I would love to know why people always rave about Fiestas, and slate anything with a Vauxhall badge! Every Vauxhall I've had has been superb.
