Economy
Value
Great value buy. Executive motoring for not that much money.
Costs
Vauxhall dealers charge too much for new parts.
-
On the road
Driving
Smooth ride. Confident and assured handling. Perfect for long journeys.
Performance
2.0 litre feels a little sluggish from 0-60, but surprisingly responsive betwen 50-70.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Bought mine with 78K on the clock. 18 months later it has 132K and has never once complained.
Image
Not the 5 series, but the only real difference is the badge.
Comfort
Exceptional comfort. Big seats. Smooth ride. Go anywhere and arrive relaxed.
-
Security and Service
Security
F/F immobiliser, but no alarm. Vauxhall could have done more.
Service
Main dealers are not customer focused and new spares prices are outrageous. E.g. idler valve £130?

Problems and Ownership
Problems
Engine
Exceptional reliability.
Other
Electrical problems with dashboard. Irritating and expensive to sort out.
