What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

they are impressed, they like the smooth ride and design - no negative feedback - yet anyway!

Would you buy this car again and why?

maybe - only with an auto gearbox and same engine or 3ltr. if based on value for money - yes would definately again, for purely town driving - prob not. would advise you to buy the 150hp model, I test drove the 120hp and it was under powered for the weight of car + passengers

What are you likely to buy next?

undecided. quite like the new c class merc-benz or 5 series BMW. may go for something smaller like an audi A3 or A4 estate or BMW 1 series but it comes down on gadgets and price.

Did you get a good deal and why?

yes - got a good/fair price for the car I was trading in.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

for the motorway, the gadgets and inexpensive price

What was the dealer like?

very good, honest, explained his side of the deal very clearly

What's it like to drive?

very good on the motorway or A roads. picks up well in 5th or 6th gear around 55+ mph. its a little bit sluggish in 1st or 2nd gear when the engine is cold. does suffer turbo lag like most diesels below 1800revs!

What's it like to park?

good for size of car, forward sight is very good and the front corner pillars are nice and slim. rear view is very good again. the door mirrors dont quite catch the rear corners of the car though unless they are turned fully in.

Have you had any problems with the car?

yes, had a new EGR valve fitted, new sat nav disc reader, set of new coil springs on the front and new injector in cylinder 4. (all on the warrenty though!)

What's most practical about your car?

the gadgets and boot space.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

too many to list but top favorites include the auto lights, mirrors and wipers, the cruise control and climate control. I also have the upgraded 18in alloys which sets the car off
