What does this car say about you?

Someone who needs a practical car but likes a bit of get-up-&-go with the practicality!

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They all love it & it is the car of choice for long family outings as it is so comfortable.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Absolutely yes because it does exactly what I need it to & I don't have to compromise on performance.

What are you likely to buy next?

If I were to change my job & didn't need something quite as practical I would buy a sporty convertible of some sort. Probably a Toyota MR2 or something similar.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I think so, the others that were on E-bay with similar mileage were more expensive & there were only a couple of scratches on this that the dealer fixed before giving to me.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Dad used to have one that I had driven & loved so when I needed a new car I went hunting for this one.

What was the dealer like?

Very friendly, prefessional, let me take my time on the test drive & looking over every inch of the car. Even pointed out a small scratch that I'd missed & agreed to fix it for me within the price.

What's it like to drive?

It's very smooth riding, the engine is quick to respond & the turbo means it is never over-stressed & there is never a lack of power. The only slight downside is the chassis isn't quite stiff enough to handle corners at speed but if it were it wouldn't be so comfortable so it's a fairly good compromise.

What's it like to park?

It's easy to park as you can see all four corners from the driver's seat & the steering is very responsive.

Have you had any problems with the car?

It has a few electrical gremlins but nothing major. Once or twice in the 4 years I've had it the auto-adjust on the sound level on the radio has stopped working but then works fine the next time you get in.

What's most practical about your car?

It has an enormous amount of leg room for rear passengers. Everyone who gets in it comments... even my friend who is 6ft 4in has space in front of his knees!

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The millions of cubby-holes in which to put sunglasses etc.. You never run out of storage room!
