Summary
What does this car say about you?
Practical but aggressive.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Liked the comfort & general looks.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Don't think so - repair costs can be expensive depending on a part (not many replacement parts for Signum were made). A good car, but not worth having after they stopped making them.
What are you likely to buy next?
Honda Accord 2.2 diesel.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Excellent - fairly rapid, a proper cruiser.
What's it like to park?
A little big, and hard to judge the distance you have left in the rear. Poor turning radious.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Suspension springs were breaking (replaced 2), nasty noise from the engine caused by V tensioner pulley wear, exhaust (!!! - most expensive one I've heard of - a new VX one costs over £1000k for 2.0T, so went with S/S exhaust in the end for £500).
What's most practical about your car?
Massive boot, excellent for passangers in the back - a lot of space + well designed door making getting in & out very easy.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Cruise Control + trip computer.
