Economy
Value
Brilliant value as bought nearly new and saved over £10k on list with just over 3,000 miles.
Costs
If used with a light right foot I have regularly achieved real world motoring above 40mpg. I think that is exceptional for a 3 litre motor. Variable service interval of up to 30,000 on a diesel with modest Vauxhall dealer rate.

On the road
Driving
Excellent Motorway Cruiser on smooth surfaces, Design models run on Low Profile Tyres so have a harder ride than other specs, handles securely for a big car with good levels of Grip ASR skid control a Bonus on V6CDti . Manual Gearbox a bit clunky.
Performance
Plenty of straight line motorway oomph, but on the twisty stuff if you get the turbo off song then it can be a little slow.

Living with it
Reliability
Seized air con compressor replaced under warranty.
Image
Twin Exhaust Tail looks good as does standard privacy glass, Vauxhall could have given the model a more aggressive nose job which might have had a few more people in their Company BMW's to have a closer look, giving it a Vectra nose was a mistake.
Comfort
Very good supportive seats front and rear, with acres of room for rear seat passengers. Rear seat versatility with the one lever to fold totally flat is clever too. But only expect to carry 4 passengers on a journey rear; central seat for kids only
