We could never understand the bad press this car had. At nearly 20 years old, it is still running so well, and always has done. With four children, it was everything we wanted. Loads of space for all our luggage. Really comfortable. Lovely to drive, and deceptively powerful. Long journeys were a pleasure. No one complained or felt sick! I was always travel sick as a child, but I think being higher up helped. We did have a spell about 8 years ago, where after we'd had the clutch changed, something in the computer system broke down. Our usual garage couldn't fathom it, and vauxhalls wanted more than the car was worth, just to look at it!! Then someone gave my husband a diagram of the computer system, and he fixed it. It was off the road for about a year. Since then, no problems except minor expected ones. We would definitely buy it again if it was still being sold and we needed a car that size. I'm just sorry it's no longer around for our children and their families.
