Economy
Value
Good equipment for money, but if you get a bad one they are junkā¦ Don't buy a used 1995- 1997 Vectra.
Costs
Main dealer charges £40 per hour and frequently diagnoses faults incorrectly or not at all!
-
On the road
Driving
Nice to drive, especially on motorway - still gives 44 MPG on run - when its working correctly that is!
Performance
Accelerates nicely and handles well for a large saloon.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Rubbish build quality - steering, brake, and electrical problems have cropped up and cost me over £1200 in 3 years.
Image
Every ill informed driver's got one now hasn't he/she?
Comfort
Comfy seats and quiet too - plenty of space inside and useful boot.
-
Security and Service
Security
Immobiliser and alarm - seems OK. Who'd want to steal it though? Go on someone - please!!
Service
Had more success on the 'allexperts.com' website - where I found out dealer was trying to overcharge me for at least 2 jobs!
