Economy
Value
Cheap second hand buy good standard of equipment can only give you the urban consumption of 36 mpg not bad for 130bhp and I drove her, I mean really drove her.
Costs
Some parts more expensive being a diesel.

On the road
Driving
She was a lovely drive, a little bumpy but that's sports suspension, and lowered 20mm.
Performance
Like a rat up a drainpipe, very quick, very nice and a bit of grunt when required.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Top notch; wind, cold, rain? No problems.
Image
Oddly turned heads and still do. I miss her, my Astra is no match on image or spec.
Comfort
Again, sports kit compromised comfort but otherwise decent, the CD would be a better choice here.
