Economy
Value
Bought as 3rd owner, with under 25K miles on the clock, for less than £10K.
Costs
Excellent at steady 70-90MPH. Drinks like a weekend binger round town.

On the road
Driving
Very solid, though I'd like the power steering to be as light as on the Astra.
Performance
Seems to pause for a second, then leaps forward. Not always apparent how quick the acceleration is without looking in the mirror and seeing the car behind dwindling into the distance.

Living with it
Reliability
No problems mechanically. CD changer is a bit ropey, though.
Image
Nicely understated. I've seen some with spoilers, which mine doesn't have. Just the badging and the twin exhausts give the game away.
Comfort
Seat moves in every possible direction and there's adjustable back support. Seats are also heated, plus the climate control is a gift from Heaven in hot or cold weather.

Security and Service
Security
No problems so far, but maybe I'm just lucky. Deadlocking fitted as standard.
Service
Have had to take it back, as the CD auto-changer was faulty. New one ordered and fitted without complaint and free of charge.
