Summary
What does this car say about you?
I'm a practical person. Sensible and steady. Reliable. Has the ability to do and go places you just might think wouldn't appeal. Leaves you guessing!
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Most like it for all the previous reasons. It's quite a "nice" looking car. Definitely not ugly.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. New styling with lots more gadgets but same practicality.
What are you likely to buy next?
Another sensible, reliable, practical motor that I might just convert into a camper. ie. Vauxhall Vivaro. If not I wouldn't be disappointed with a new Zafira.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£8,300
When did you buy the car?
March 2008
Did you get a good deal and why?
I think I got a good deal. I refused all the add-on,s iie. extended warranty, breakdown insurance, "buy with confidence deal" .Dealer didn`t make a lot of profit out of me.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Space and versatility.
What was the dealer like?
Pushy, presumptious. Missed lots of things on pre-delivery check. Lost the log book. Wouldn't use this particular dealer again even though the car has been reliable and owes me nothing.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
This particular engine (1.8i) is very good. Adequate fuel consumption. Pulls well even when loaded to the gunwales. Needs a sixth gear especially when motorway driving.
What's it like to park?
Easy. Good all round vision.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Very little and nothing major.
What's most practical about your car?
Original ingenuity. Space. Seating options. Comfort. Driving position. Clear vision.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
None. Just a practical car. Interior is acceptable, has lots of cubby-holes but nothing overly exciting.
