Vauxhall Zafira Tourer (2012 - 2018) 1.8i Exclusiv 5d Owner Review

In their own words
Regular service by franchise dealer. The best thing about this car is the boot space with seats down, the rearmost 2 seats are for children under 12 only, however, I am disappointed with the overall quality of the car, eg, wing mirror plastic cover fell off on the road, and they don't retract from inside the car. O/s indicator falls out of wing. Plastic body trims are very badly fitted and cheap. Arm rest consul plastic broke. Paintwork to thin, so scratches easily. Headlights very dim. Steering is like riding on rails, making it difficult to steer in a straight line. Eats through tyres quickly, Suspension bone shaking hard, like riding on rocks. Seat belts get shut in rear doors causing damage to door shuts. Sunlight reflection from dash board onto windscreen a distraction Brakes worn out at 30k, so £1200 needed shortly. Add this to bad clutch judder, engine stalling at low revs, poor mpg. and no spare, road recovery is a must. Driving this car is more of a disappointing chore than a pleasure, so I am looking for a change already. As a result, I think 21st century Vauxhall needs a kick you know where!.
How reliable do you find the car?
Went into limp mode on motorway, very frightening!. Continental tyres U/S, like riding on rails, makes steering difficult. Worn out already.Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
This car seams to be hard work to drive, especially in town. engine stalls with regularity. Bad clutch judder an issue. Air con smells terribly, so don't use it. Electrics to overly complicated.About their car
