Absolutely not. Build quality is very poor, have had lots of parts replaced on the car.
What are you likely to buy next?
BMW or something Diesel/Electric hybrid, hopefully small and 4WD (low emissions/tax, small engine won't ruin handling, aids low cost insurance).

No. Typical dealer behaviour, stubborn and unwilling to give any discount.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Heavy, underpowered, understeers excessively.
What's it like to park?
Visibility isn't great, but like any car once you know its size you can work around that.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Yes, interior trim is terrible, finish is very poor as is the build quality. Centre arm rest disintegrated after a couple of years and the car wasn't heavily used. Stereo gave way not long afterwards and replacements are ridiculously expensive to purchase from VW.
What's most practical about your car?
Nothing really, it's heavy, underpowered, unstable when cornering (typical of the VW/Audi Golf/Bora/Beetle/A3 floorpan and chassis).
