What does this car say about you?
People think im quite well off because I own a VW and im a young driver! They dont realise it is really cheap to buy.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They like it
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes! I love the car because of its great value and quality. However next time I would consider getting a sunroof (£495) fitted as it tends to get warm in the sun and air conditioning is an expensive option (£945!!).
What are you likely to buy next?
Either another VW or a suzuki swift.

Did you get a good deal and why?
I got the list price. Its a new model so didnt expect to pay less. I thought it was a good deal, especially as the car came in 8 days. I also got 3 years free servicing!
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Great Value! The VW badge!
What was the dealer like?
Very helpful, geniune, knew what he was talking about and pleasant. I have recently been back for some coolant to top up, but they did it for free in 2mins!!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Really good fun! It handles well, has lots of grip and is easy to drive. Visibilty is good because of big windows except windscreen pillars which restrict views mainly on roundabouts. 1.4 engine is great and has plenty of power!
What's it like to park?
Easy. The driving position is great and very easy to adjust. Large windows make it easy to park where-ever you are.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
A faulty rear headrest when collected but was automatically re-ordered . The light which illuminates the pin that reads the speedo has gone after just 470 miles so its difficult to see how fast you're doing at night. Its fixed under warranty though. The boot release tends to stick when pushed if the car is locked.
What's most practical about your car?
The huge interior! The car inside has plenty of space, and the boot and doors are large but not heavy. Dash layout is simple and easy to use.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The rear seat which folds to free up 1016 litres of space! The speedo looks great, very compact. My alloys!
