Summary
What does this car say about you?
Practical rather ostentatious.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
My wife is pleased because I can fit four of her dogs in the back if her X-Trail is in for service.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, because it is just big enough to be a useful load lugger without being over large. But most of all it feels 'right'.
What are you likely to buy next?
I don't plan to change car again for 4-5 years and it is too early to say as I can't be sure of circumstances that far ahead. I'm pretty sure it won't be a Ferrari.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£17,750
When did you buy the car?
March 2014
Did you get a good deal and why?
I believe the price I paid was fair. I secured the car for £1,240 less than the asking price using examples advertised elsewhere as a bargaining tool. The dealer also transferred the extended warranty from my previous car.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
My previous car was written off.
What was the dealer like?
Straightforward and accommodating. No high pressure sales.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Smooth, quiet, economical. I'm more interested in MPG than MPH, but there is plenty of go if needed for overtaking.
What's it like to park?
My parallel parking is generally OK and this car has not caused me any problems. It has the auto-park assist feature, but I have not yet tried it out!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Not so far.
What's most practical about your car?
Large estate boot for the class, with low loading lip and easy operation rear seat folding.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
I like the DAB radio, SD card slot, and good phone integration via Bluetooth.
