What does this car say about you?

Hot hatch lover.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Loved it. Stylish (although my cousin did say "it looks like it has an eating problem").

Would you buy this car again and why?

No. If I had unlimited funds to run a car then yes, but the fear of the DSG gearbox going wrong, and the general running costs, were too high. Would go for a GTD model perhaps.

A diesel. Skoda or VW.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I got an average deal. I think I paid over the odds slightly but was happy overall.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I fancied an upgrade from my Mark 2 golf GTi. Quite a jump!!

What was the dealer like?

Friendly (as expected!!), but the salesman was quite pushy. The business manager wasn't, but by that point the deal was done.

What's it like to drive?

Fantastic to drive. Pulls in all gears and the 6-speed DSG gearbox was a joy. 230BHP meant nothing was really a challenge for it. Was very comfortable with a full boot and 5 adults.

What's it like to park?

Easy as visibility is great on all angles.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing, but only owned for 5 months.

What's most practical about your car?

Spacious and hugely comfortable.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

DSG gearbox.
