Economy
Value
Every time I get in I feel value - mine upgraded to highline spec.
Costs
Insurance (min age 25 usally), decent tyres, 40k-miles service £360, fuel thirsty V6, parts if needed (try German and Swedish though), HOWEVER owned 3 years and only 1 thing gone wrong (£90). Bottom line, it's worth IT!

On the road
Driving
Smooth sure ride, soaks up the road. Might be sporty, but no go-kart.
Performance
V6 a dream engine. 4 more for its beautifully refined, smooth delivery at any speed or gear, happy to be at 25mph in 5th or 90mph in 3rd. 174bhp is small for such a big lump. Quick but not blisteringly, so no 5.

Living with it
Reliability
1 thing gone wrong in 3yrs I've had it (4 to 7 years old). Exhaust, discs have yet to be changed by me.
Image
In basic form, quite dowdy (however it's a wolf in sheep's clothing!) I have highline spec and twin headlamps, just taking the edge off dowdy. Don't be a boy racer! Blue neon lights and go-faster wings are not acceptable.
Comfort
Highline speced, leather seats are tremendous, air con a must, suspension just soaks up road.

Security and Service
Security
only factory-fitted immobiliser as standard, so after-markets required! Most people will have. I make do with tracker and big yellow don't waste your time autolock. Insurance like to see Cat1.
Service
Have to maintain standards, but still want to make money. Hassle me around service time. See bodywork, I wanted new doors, they patched.
