Summary
What does this car say about you?
Needs to stop living in the past.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They are not quite sure about it. The family don't really see what the attractiion is whereas my friends secretly wish they had one but are scarred off by the age.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Possibly. It's such a great amount of pleasure for relatively small investment. I am sure it will start to cost more and more money to keep it on the road.
What are you likely to buy next?
BMW Z4 3.0 SE

No
What price did you pay?
£1,500
When did you buy the car?
June 2009
Did you get a good deal and why?
The chap I bought it off owned if for 10 years, kept every receipt and polished it every weekend with a diper! It's immaculate and evidently well loved. I think I got a good deal.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
For the Engine
What was the dealer like?
He let me use his loo

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
In one word? Lovely. I look forward to getting in it, especially when the roads are clear. The engine sings and rewards you for exercising it. It's a bit like a doggy returning from a run in the park. He'll love you forever. Upgrade the suspension though as handling is a little soft.
What's it like to park?
If your worried about parking you are clearly reading the wrong reviews.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Needed a small amount of welding for the last MOT. ABS Sensor (why do these always seem to go?!). Brakes, Tyres. Usual running costs. Nothing major.
What's most practical about your car?
Decent boot, 5 doors, heated seats, climate control, comfy leather.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
When locking the car, the windows and the sunroof automatically close if they are open! How cool is that? Mine don't work, but if they did it would be my favourite gadget. Second to that has to be the exhaust note.
