What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
I'm having a mid-life crisis! I just turned 40 this year and bought car last year. 3dr sporty-type hatch with sunroof and alloy wheels.
Would you buy this car again and why?
NO!!!! I have had so many problems with this car and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Go Opel, go Nissan, just don't buy a Volkswagen.

Was cheaper than average. But not a good deal because have had lots of problems since.

Sunroof

Second hand car dealer.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Comfortable ride, OK handling but a lot of oversteer. Not great on motorway, hits 3000rpm at 60mph and 4000rpm at 80mph so wearing on engine and noisy.
What's it like to park?
Easy peasy

Have you had any problems with the car?
Engine management Timing belt failure with engine rebuilt Nuts damaged on alloy wheels Interior plastics faulty - glove compartment lid, arm rest
What's most practical about your car?
Hatchback - can put seats down when required for transporting bulky objects. Also economical to run.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Sunroof - electric - this is why I bought the car.
