Volkswagen Golf Hatchback (1997 - 2004) 1.9 TDI Match 5d Owner Review

Bought the car in November 2003 from our local VW dealer, the experience from buying to collecting was very good, the salesman was not pushy and let us take our time to choose the model of our preference. In the end we decided that the match was the best model for me as it was great value for money, as I am a school teacher I needed a car that could do good mpg on the motorway (I use the motorway to get to work) and easy to park. When we collected the car it was lovely. Now 14 years and 9 months later I still drive it everyday to work and there is not a single thing wrong with it. I reccomend this car but check competition first, the car is so easy to live with, I can fit it in many tight parking spaces, and is still nippy round town.
