Economy
Value
For the price it still was able to park next to a BMW and not feel ashamed, the v red 5 badge shows people this is a serious driver who knows about cars.
Costs
Reasonably good value for money, but a little more could afford the 4 wheel drive, too closely priced to the 4 motion equivalent.

On the road
Driving
The drive was thoroughly enjoyable,, the compartment was geared strictly for the driver where everything in the cockpit was designed around the driver and it was neat, but felt heavy to drive at times.
Performance
One of the quickest cars I have driven, a lot of cars fail to keep up, handles the road like a demon, takes sharp corners like it is a super mini, or very least small hatchback, but at times can feel it very heavily dragging when not full tank.

Living with it
Reliability
not many problems apart from the car started to loose execelration after a while which cause me to sell it, also tyres ran bold quite prematurely
Image
Like said earlier can park next to a bmw and still hold its own provided the badges are shownin otherwise you look like any joe bloggs golf 1.4l driver
Comfort
Almost fell asleep in the sleep at times as it was that comfortable, only criticism is that they didn't hug enough.

Security and Service
Security
Remote central locking never had a problem, very secure and sturdy car.
Service
Thewere particularly helpful and enthusiatic for me to come in for a service however i would recommend a local trusted garage as they do exactly the same thing without the ""prestige"" of main dealer
