Like smooth ride & quiet drive.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes but would like VW to put the petrol 150tsi ACT into the SE/Match trim to avoid costly GT trim & firm ride on GT.
What are you likely to buy next?
Another Golf or perhaps a Honda FR-V if ride good.

Car was ex Avis 14 months old and 12K miles so £1,100 under book in weekend sale.

Wanted a Mk 7 Golf &.my first auto after 43 years a driver.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Mk 7 Golf so simply brilliant. Quietest diesel ever owned.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Not since rear parking sensors sorted.
What's most practical about your car?
The adoptive cruise control is great & works well with DSG auto. The electronic auto hold works well & avoids holding car on brake at junctions. Took a while to learn how to brake into auto hold and not initiate start/stop.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Adaptive Cruise control. Knocking DSG auto into Sport mode for swift overtaking.
