This is my third golf. The other two gave me trouble free motoring with all extras working perfectly. This car is a nightmare and the dealership service and VW customer care has been appalling - it’s going back early next month for the promise of a software fix that will sort out the outstanding issues I have. If this doesn’t happen I want another car that works as per the advertising.
How reliable do you find the car?
The car itself is 5* the issues I have had are the keyless go, the ACC, the reversing camera and the “we connect”. The only thing that has been fixed after numerous visits, change of dealership and extensive exchanges with “customer service” is the keyless go which now works perfectly.Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
The engine is brilliant the comfort and general driving the car is great. It is the irritating software and gizmos which sold the car to me just don’t work properly.About their car
