Likes a car with style but still needs a bit of space and functionality for family duties.

Everyone thinks it is a lovely looking car and colour (autumn bronze).

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes. Like most VWs it does exactly what it is designed to do. Would consider diesel next time.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Car was less than half list price when new and only two and a half years old. As it was petrol it was about £3k cheaper than a similar spec diesel.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Stylish looking car, spacious, comfortable and good to drive.

What was the dealer like?

Easy transaction, fair price offered and good value part ex.

What's it like to drive?

Comfortable to drive with decent acceleration. Car sometimes feels bumps and potholes especially on rough surfaces. At speed on motorways and dual carriageway it is very quiet and refined..and economical for a petrol.

What's it like to park?

No problem once you are used to its size. Parking sensors are essential and park assist is useful as it parallel parks itself. A useful function.

Have you had any problems with the car?

CD player required replacement but done under warranty. Car uses a lot of oil. VW say this is normal for a petrol TSI engine but it still needs approximately 1 litre every 1500 miles or so. This adds to running costs and is a bit of a negative about the car.

What's most practical about your car?

Spacious for driver and passengers, especially leg room. Car also has a huge boot.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Love the panoramic sunroof and leather seats.
