My friends like the car and my wife and I always get good remarks from passerby's.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes I would, as long as all the faults mentioned before are sorted out and VW accept responsibility for the Electronic Parking Brake Fault.
What are you likely to buy next?
Another Passat CC with the 3.6 v6 its about time I had 300BHP under my right foot!

Yes, I bought it through the company I worked for, getting a discount as I was an employee.

Good Looking Car Thought It Was Cheap To Run!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
The car is very responsive in Sport mode on the adjustable suspension, the steering is tightened up and the suspension firmed. The car sticks to the road and feels more like a much smaller car when in this mode. When on long motorway journeys the Sport mode is very tiresome and can cause backache! So I prefer to switch it to waft mode (Comfort) and the car cruises very well but again the positiveness is lost on the steering. The DSG gearbox linked to the diesel engine is very good, responsive and is fun to drive in Semi-Auto mode.
What's it like to park?
If I was to buy a new one I would order it with parking sensors as it is difficult to know exactly where the back of the car is when parking.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Ha! Yes! Where do I start, Turbo Vacuum unit broke, Bootlid refused to open, Electronic Parking Break (EPB) Fault, Engine Oil Leaksump & Meccatron Gasket.
What's most practical about your car?
Practicality is good the boot is big. For a 4 seat coupe the leg room for passengers is very good and being a tall driver there is plentiful amounts of room for myself and passengers.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Adjustable Suspension!
