Bought the car for the boot space as I show dogs. Loads of leg room for 5 adults. Solid build, a car that does everything with no exaggerations, drives and handles well, takes the bends with no rear kick outs, some would call it boring to drive as it is smooth, I get excellent mpg (average 51) for a car of its size. Parts are not too badly priced. The electric hand brake took some getting used to, a good idea and gives prefect hill starts, I do leave the car in gear when parked but always have done that even with standard handbrakes. Definitely buy another passat diesel estate
