I am not a cheapskate!
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
My wife loves it too. The neighbour one side purchased a Passat too, so they must like it (but I don't care what others think; it is what we want).
Would you buy this car again and why?
Most definately. Size, quality, performance, economy, comfort, practicality.....need I go on?
What are you likely to buy next?
When I retire I shall buy a smaller Volkswagen (the last Passat we had for 10 years - they never go wrong)!

Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes because the car had additions to it that i did not pay for.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
It had a sunroof and it wasn't blue.
What was the dealer like?
Pushy at first, but soon realised that I was a customer that wanted to buy as I SAW IT, NOTHING ELSE.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
SERIOUSLY comfortable and superb overall. The engine is so flexible that it will accelerate rapidly in all gears except 6 without changing down.
What's it like to park?
Not able to always parallel park as it is 16' long, but if the space is big enough then fine. The parking sensors help and no problems in a proper car park space.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No, apart from what the local VW garage has done to to it.
What's most practical about your car?
It takes all my ladders and other surveying equipment in the rear section without filling the passenger comparment too making it unsightly and available to steal as it can be seen.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The speed limiter and the sunroof.
