I'm not sure - I don't really care.

Most seem impressed by the look of it. Most like the "badge".
Would you buy this car again and why?
No - This particular model Passat has a poor engine and I find the car too uncomfortable. In general, I find that VWs are just too expensive second hand.
What are you likely to buy next?
Probably a Japanese saloon.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Smooth upto 65mph. 1.6FSi engine struggles at higher speeds. The engine is not powerful enough for the car and it labours on motorways. 3400rpm at 70mph - bit high for a modern car
What's it like to park?
Poor visibility when reversing. Definitely needs parking sensors as standard.
