What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They all thought it was fantastic. this was short lived due to it breaking continously.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Never. Such a shame due to its spec and amazing drive when it did work. I will not buy any car with a DPF fitted ever again as a result.

Did you get a good deal and why?
On the day, yes. For £7500, you get leather seats, 170 bhp, and all the trimmings. The previous owner had even had a kufatec fiscon blue tooth installed.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Top spec model.
What was the dealer like?
Gave decent enough price for a part ex. Good send was a 6 month warranty for £15 which, which as it turned out was priceless.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
When it did actually work the drive is fantastic. The interior is pure luxury, driving wise it sticks to the roads, corners amazingly, it is super quick and I got nearly 700 miles per tank of fuel (70 litre tank).
What's it like to park?
Easy, it had front and rear parking sensors.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Yes. The car wasnt fit for purpose, in my opinion. Mechanically it was one of the worst cars I have ever owned due to a recurring fault. In four months the diesel particle filter (DPF) light came on despite me driving it normally. Twice putting the car in "creep/limp mode" mid journey as a result. This made three trips back to the independent dealer and a further two visits to VW who also couldn't fix the DPF despite fitting new fuel injectors. On the sixth occassion I got a full refund.
What's most practical about your car?
Nothing, it spent more time at the workshops than being driven.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Leather heated seats.
