Already have. Bought a BMW 3 series and should done it firstly, instead of buying this rubblish. I also blame the so called car experts, who reviewed this car. For starters, they cliam that the interior is on a par with the A4. It is not. Loads of bits fell off or constant rattled or broke. You can see just by looking, the trim is flimey and badly fitted. I've checked out all the other interiors in the VW range and this is the cheapest. The new passat is the only VW with a plastic glove box handle. All the others have metal. Oh, the glove box lid never fitted either. VW has cost me alot of money having to change my car for something decent!!!

Really really bad. Disorganised. Worst I've ever dealt with, both in customer service and warrenty work maintence.

Firstly, this car that I bought, had to be changed, because of a persistient fault, that 8 weeks off the road could not solve. Plus, lots of other things went wrong.

What's most practical about your car?

Spacious.

Heated front windscreen and seats.
