Overview
The mid-90’s third generation Polo offers superb quality at fairly steep prices – but demand means Polo loses value slowly, too. Practical, fashionable and nice to drive, and at its best with power steering. Beautifully built and very safe, although the heavy body means that performance of the smaller engined models is plodding. Saloon models have a huge boot but have never really caught on.
There are rare estate versions, too.
