What does this car say about you?
I like my VW's but still this is bought as its cheap to insure and fill up, nothing more.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Friends laugh at its pace on the road. When it has 4 people in it the suspension rubs and it will not go above 60mph
Would you buy this car again and why?
No. Far too slow and handling leaves a lot to be desired.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very slow. Car doesn't weigh too much but the engine struggles at anything above 50mph. 70mph on the motorway is noisy and the engine sits at roughly 4-5000rpm which on long jounreys can annoy. Uphill performance is non existent. You can be in any gear at any speed and foot flat to the floor and it will struggle to go any faster.
What's it like to park?
Easy enough but it is very short.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
When I bought it, the car failed on brakes all round. Discs, pads, shoes at the rear. Also rusty engine manifold needed replaced. But nothing to complain about on a 10yr old car.
What's most practical about your car?
Not too practical but suits my needs. I dont need 5 doors and dont need a large boot. Just using to go to and from work/uni.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
No real gadgets to speak of. When you buy 1.0E you buy a car and nothing more!
