Value
Pricey but its Mercedes-Benz quality.
Costs
My first service was at 14,500 miles and cost £300 with adjusting handbrake new wiper blades and a spare fully synth top up bottle.

On the road
Driving
Handling is not best on bends but rides well and has clear instruments.
Performance
1.2 petrol is not quick but tries hard and is quiet at low revs.

Living with it
Reliability
I have had very little go wrong, a dash air vent on delivery, some dash rattles and wear and tear to wiper blades and handbrake adjustment I have now covered nearly 17,000 miles.
Image
Looks staid and unfussy, but quality and image is very good, better value I think than A2 or A Class.
Comfort
Firm seats and on 2005 models a centre rear headrest I went for height adjusters and under seat drawers at around £100 extra too.

Security and Service
Security
Car has been secure during its first year, I like the flashing red light inside the drivers door.
Service
The manufacturer was great, the dealer was useless unless prodded!
